A 14pt gloss card is fine for a reminder that lives a week. A card that rides in a wallet for months does better on 16pt soft touch or thicker. Across this category you can move up to 32pt, 48pt, 64pt and 80pt UltraWhite uncoated, 40pt and 56pt gloss with a colored center, plus 15pt synthetic plastic and 18pt rigid vinyl that feel about as solid as a credit card.

Add a high gloss UV coating, 1/8 or 3/8 inch rounded corners, or print the back too: front for your branding and contact details, back for the appointment fields or a short list of services.

Four fields and a booking QR code

Start clean. An appointment card needs four things up front: your business name, your phone number, the date and time fields, and your logo. Leave white space around them.
