SEG Displays in 3, 10 and 20 Foot Frames
SEG displays print onto tension fabric that snaps into a slim aluminum frame for a clean, wrinkle-free finish. The letters stand for silicone edge graphics. A thin silicone strip is sewn along the edge of the fabric and presses into a groove on the frame, pulling the whole graphic taut with no visible hardware.
Swap the graphic when a campaign changes and keep the frame.
What's in the SEG Displays Category
Four products share the same 10mm silicone edge. SEG Displays cover the standard aluminum frame and graphic in 3, 10 or 20 foot widths from $229.00. SEG Backlit Displays add an illuminated frame so light passes through the fabric for a glowing, backlit-photo look. SEG Backlit Popup Displays fold that same lit effect into a portable popup structure for events on the move.
SEG Fabric is the graphic on its own, with no frame. If you already own compatible hardware, you can reprint just the fabric and slide the new artwork in. The framed displays run single or double sided, so you can face traffic from one direction or both.
Where SEG Displays Earn Their Keep
These displays suit trade show booths, retail walls, lobby installations, and pop-up events. A double-sided version works well anywhere foot traffic approaches from more than one direction.
The Fabric and the Frame
The graphic prints on 6oz fabric. The 10mm silicone keder sewn into the edge is what locks the fabric into the frame channel, giving you uniform tension with no tape and no sag.
Getting Your Artwork Right
Designing for fabric is different from designing for paper. Your art needs to extend past the visible area because the silicone edge wraps around the frame, so full-bleed files matter. Use high-resolution images, since fabric printing amplifies any pixelation, and keep logos and critical text well inside the safe zone. If you're going backlit, plan for brighter colors and stronger contrast, because the look changes once light shines through the cloth.

SEG Displays FAQ
What sizes do SEG displays come in?
The Backlit Display comes in 10 feet and the Backlit Popup in 8 or 10 feet, and SEG Fabric is cut to the size you enter to fit hardware you already own.
Can I wash the fabric?
Check with support about the fabric on your order before you put it in a washing machine, because a hot cycle and a spin can distort the sewn keder edge that has to fit the frame channel.
Which SEG Fabric do I need for a light box?
Pick Backlit fabric when the graphic seats into a light box and light passes through the print from behind; pick Non-Lit for a frame lit from the front.
Can I get a proof, and what files do you accept?
A free digital proof is available before production. Accepted files include PDF, AI, PSD and EPS, with PDF preferred, set to CMYK with proper bleed since the silicone edge wraps around the frame.
