File and design help before you order

Email the artwork with the product name, the finished size and the quantity. The team checks trim, bleed, safe margins and image resolution, and tells you exactly what to fix before anything goes to press. Can someone check my file before I order?

Yes, and it costs nothing. Send the artwork with the product, the finished size and the quantity, and the team reviews trim, bleed, safe margins and resolution before you pay. Most files that come back for correction fail on one of three things: no 0.125 inch bleed, text sitting too close to the trim, or images placed at screen resolution instead of 300 DPI.

Something is wrong with the order I received. What now?

Email us with the order number and photos of the piece, showing the problem next to the packing slip. Photos settle color, trim and finishing questions in one round instead of three. If the print does not match the file or the specs you ordered, the team sorts the reprint or the fix from there.
