What is the meaning of "Spot UV Front, No UV back" ?

Spot UV means there are specific areas on that side that will have UV coating, not the entire side. So: "Spot UV Front" means that on the front of your card, there wil be Spot UV somewhere. "No UV Back" means that there is no UV coating at all on the backside of your card.
