How to Order a Double Thick Card Without Guesswork
Work from the edge inward. That order stops the two mistakes people make on thick cards.
- Decide what the edge does. Plain, a dyed stripe, or a painted band. This picks the product before anything else does.
- Pick the caliper. 32pt reads as premium and still slides into a wallet. 48pt and up is a statement and will not fit a slim card case.
