What Size Should a Same Day Business Card Be

Most rush orders stay on the standard 2" x 3.5" card, which fits a wallet and a card holder. The 2" x 2" square looks like a token, the 1.5" x 3.5" slim cut is narrow and modern, and the 2.125" x 3.375" has credit card proportions. • 2" x 3.5", the standard card, and the one that runs fastest because the same day path is built around it.
• 2" x 2", a square card that still fits a wallet pocket and reads as a deliberate choice.
• 1.5" x 3.5", a slim card, narrower than standard, so a stack takes half the space in a pocket.
• 2.125" x 3.375", the credit card format, a little wider and shorter than the standard card.

A custom size is available up to 2" x 4". If the deadline is the whole point of the order, stay on 2" x 3.5", and check anything non standard against the cutoff before you commit to it.
