She told the Huffington Post “I decided to replace the brush by what nature has to offer, such as leaves, fruit peels, or just the food”. She began her career creating paintings with coffee and has now turned her focus to exquisite cakes. Aristidou paints famous masterpieces on edible cakes. Each of her projects takes between 6 to 10 hours of work, depending on the cake size and design.
